1. Is shipping included in purchases made in the Canada? 

Answer: Yes shipping is free across Canada. International orders are processed with options to choose the best shipping method for your location. 

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Answer: While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, our average delivery times within Canada varies between 9-28 days depending on destination, products ordered, and manfacturing locations. We do offer a tracking service so that you can get updates on your order in real time and know exactly where your order is while on route.  

*Please Note that some of our products are sourced from global locations and will need addtional time for delivery. These items are clearly labelled with a notice of the expected delivery times.
